Outboard Motor

The Problem

This outboard motor had suffered damage to its mounting brackets, which secure the motor to the rear of the vessel. The failure made the motor unstable and created a serious risk of detachment, potentially resulting in the motor falling into the sea and leaving the crew stranded without power.

What We Did

We carefully prepared the area, jigged the motor for correct alignment, and welded the cracked and damaged brackets back onto the frame. This restored the motor’s structural strength and rigidity, giving the outboard a new lease of life and ensuring it was safe and reliable once again.
