We were commissioned to replicate and replace a badly corroded 40-year-old steel guttering system with a new aluminium alternative. As the original profile was no longer available, we carefully recreated it using a section of the existing guttering as a pattern.

The new aluminium guttering was manufactured in 3-metre sections and riveted together with overlapping joints to form a single, continuous run. This approach ensured strength, accuracy, and a watertight finish while maintaining the original appearance of the building.

The completed installation is now robust and leak-free, providing long-term protection against water damage and preserving the structure for years to come.
