Slate Pub Advertising

The Problem

Customer had bought a rare piece of slate advertising dating from the 19th century and wanted a brass frame made to display it on the wall.

What We Did

We made a four-section brass frame with tags and hanging eyes. Silver soldered the sections together and polished it. The frame was then turned upside down so the glass and sign could be placed inside. Once assembled the tags were closed to retain the sign.
